EVALUATIONS
Substance Abuse Evaluations are available for the public and court ordered clients. The evaluations are done by a licensed practical counselor. Upon evaluation, the individual is referred to an educational or treatment plan according to the individual’s specific needs.
Evaluations are done on Mondays at the ADAC office. Evaluations must be scheduled in advance by calling the ADAC office. If you are in need of a translator, clients are responsible for scheduling arrangements, and all costs incurred with translator’s services. ADAC can provide a list of approved translators to you upon request.
